You must be aged 18 or older to buy alcohol. By placing an order with us online you are confirming you are aged 18 or older. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
If you are buying alcohol for someone else the recipient must also be aged 18 or older.
Deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
Free delivery applies to the Louth (Lincolnshire) area and a five mile radius of our location LN11 7AD. We offer a delivery service up to 10 miles radius of Louth for just £5.00. All other areas are despached by UK Mail at the current price.
We aim to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
If you receive Goods which do not match those ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note or communication detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, the Purchaser should contact us within 10 working days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods.
If any Goods purchased have faults when they are delivered, the Purchaser should contact within 14 working days to arrange collection and return all carriage costs will be borne by us. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, including carriage will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.
If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, the Purchaser should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, such damage should be reported to email@example.com within 10 working days and arrange collection and return. Firehouse Brewery is responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.
If the Goods have been dispatched or have reached you, but the Purchaser decides that they are no longer required, the Goods can be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of us. The Purchaser is responsible for paying shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason.
If the Purchaser wishes to return Goods to for any of the above reasons, please contact us at sales@firehouse-brewery to make the appropriate arrangements.
If, for any reason, we aren’t able to fulfil the whole of your order we will swap out any missing items for a similar beer of at least equal value to minimise delays to the order. We reserve the right to swap up to 3 single-line items to get an order dispatched as quickly as possible. If we need to swap more than 3 items, we will pop your order on hold and contact you for further instruction.
Firehouse Brewery strives to the fullest extent possible, to provide accurate and updated content on this website. Unfortunately, there may occasionally be price changes, sold out goods and other unintentional errors on our site. We reserve the right not to be liable for these errors or changes and neither Firehouse Brewery, nor any employee or representative of Firehouse Brewery will be liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here. Where it is not possible to supply all items from your order we will contact you and offer a similar replacement or refund.
